I am very interested in learning how local foods can successfully become a main part of a college cafeteria or other food offerings in an academic setting. thanks for organizing this event.
We are in 3 schools with gardens that provide food for the cafeteria.
We have submitted a grant to the NHCF for a 30’X96′ hoop house for Conval High School in Peterborough. Should we (Cornucopia Project) be awarded this grant we will work with the teachers ( Moira Milne and Dana Wood, see above) and community to enable student to grow and sell their produce to the school cafeteria as a ‘Green Business’
It’ll be welcome to be surrounded by many like minded people.

I am really looking forward to this event. We are a dairy coop of farmers selling milk in Mass and are looking for ideas on how to teach families about the import of drinking high quality milk that is rBST free in a fun creative way.
